CSE-IT systems will undergo routine maintenance from 4 a.m. to noon. Avoid using CSE UNIX home directories and project spaces, as well as MacOS systems maintained by CSE-IT via UMN’s Jamf Pro service. The Ansys research license server will also be restarted during this time.

Beginning on Tuesday, July 2nd, CSE Poster Printing will be unavailable due to planned maintenance of our poster printer. The service will be available again on Friday, July 5th.

At 9:20am, CSE-IT began receiving reports of network outages in Walter. Symptoms include: Unable to connect to to the internet from Walter.

The College of Science & Engineering is seeking a Service Desk Manager to join its Service Desk Team. The Service Desk Manager acts as the general Support Coordinator for CSE-IT supported departments, manages the CSE-IT Service Desk Incident Management and Request Fulfillment processes, and provides technology consulting for college faculty, staff, and students.

At 10:23a.m on 3/20/2024, We, CSE-IT began receiving reports of a burnt UPS. Symptoms include: no access to some file servers and umh's.
