*Following a free consultation, the CSE-IT Research Support Team will determine if your needs fall under Advanced Research Support, which will incur an additional cost. 

What's Included

• Consultation, design, and cost estimation for proposals and grant writing. Cost estimations include hardware costs, software costs, and CSE-IT Research FTE support costs. 
• Design and procurement of custom hardware. Hardware may include networking, workstations, servers, high-performance storage, GPU/DL/ML, and edge computing.
• Management and support of specialized computing hardware. Hardware may include appliance systems,  HPC clusters, high performance storage, robotics, camera systems.
• Collaboration with vendors to provide researchers with early access to unreleased hardware and emerging technologies.
• Ongoing management and support for new and existing advanced research infrastructure (e.g. hardware, instruments, labs, centers/facilities)

What's Not Included

• Solutions not directly related to ongoing research projects or groups
• Personal computing devices not utilized for institutional research 
• Conducting research activities
