Meet in-person with a CSE-IT Service Desk staff member. Note that appointments must be made more than 1 hour prior to appointment time.

  2. In the description add:
    1. U of M internet ID
    2. Phone number
    3. Detailed description of the issue
    4. Device(s) associated with the issue
  3. Save
  4. Visit Keller Hall 1-201 at your confirmed appointment time.
