Audio/Visual Support for Events

CSE-IT provides expertise, consultation and on-site support for events within the College of Science and Engineering requiring audio/visual support.

What's Included

  • Pre-event consultation and communication to discuss A/V and event space requirements.
  • Technical training for event host staff.
  • On-site assistance for event setup.
  • On-site assistance for troubleshooting during the event.
  • *Rental/loaner A/V equipment.

What's Not Included

  • Booking of event space.
  • Data transfer or archiving services for recorded event media.
  • Presentation/slide deck creation, design or modification.
  • Attendee communication or coordination.
