Degradation Description

On December 13th, CSE-IT engineers noticed a performance degradation that is characterized by inaccessible home directories or project spaces. Access to some home directories and most project space file servers is slow and sporadic, which is causing intermittent failures in those file servers. We are investigating the issue.

Degradation Updates

12/14/2021, 3:10 p.m. CSE-IT has made a configuration change to improve service to the end users. Users should now be able to access home directories and project spaces normally, but performance degradation is still possible until the issue is fully addressed.
