Winter Storm: Reduced Operations

The CSE-IT Service Desk will follow University's guidance regarding the upcoming winter storm.  The Lind Hall lower level desk will be staffed Wednesday, February 22nd, until 2pm and will then be reduced to remote-only support until 8am Friday, February 24.  Users can still email help@umn.edu or call 612-625-0876 for immediate assistance.  Zoom drop-in support is also available for users that would benefit from sharing their screens.
