Door Management

Provides support and programming of legacy door locks, along with assistance transitioning locks to FACM supported devices.

What's Included

  • Locks will be updated weekly, if needed, on Thursday.
  • Equipment and software used to program locks will be provided by CSE-IT.
  • Vendor management with FACM, Siemens, and other lock vendors.

What's Not Included

  • Support for exterior doors. Unit staff work directly with FACM / security.
  • Funding for lock hardware replacements and repairs.

What You Need to Do

  • Submit requests to [email protected] by end of business day Wednesday for changes to be made that week.
