Printer Support
Support and maintenance of networked and locally connected printers for faculty, staff, and students.
What’s Included
- New printer purchase consulting.
- Maintenance of existing printers.
- Maintenance of printer support contracts.
- Management of Windows and Linux print servers.
What’s Not Included
- Funding, purchasing, and installation of paper and toner.
- Printer repair work. This will be done by a third party service technician on a contract or time and materials basis. CSE-IT will coordinate work done by a technician.
What You Need to Do
- Call or email the Service Desk for consult or service.
- Unit staff will purchase all printers, parts, maintenance contracts, consumables, and paper used by its faculty, staff, and students.
