Printer Support

Support and maintenance of networked and locally connected printers for faculty, staff, and students.

What’s Included

  • New printer purchase consulting.
  • Maintenance of existing printers.
  • Maintenance of printer support contracts.
  • Management of Windows and Linux print servers.

What’s Not Included

  • Funding, purchasing, and installation of paper and toner.
  • Printer repair work. This will be done by a third party service technician on a contract or time and materials basis. CSE-IT will coordinate work done by a technician.

What You Need to Do

  • Call or email the Service Desk for consult or service.
  • Unit staff will purchase all printers, parts, maintenance contracts, consumables, and paper used by its faculty, staff, and students.
