Provides A to Z technology assistance to supported departments for camps, conferences, and workshops including in-person, hybrid, and fully remote events.
What’s Included
- Consultation on event technology needs.
- Prep and day-of support, including appropriate level of staffing.
- Software and licensing support, including the creation of technical guidelines for event participation for presenters and participants.
- Access to CSE-IT hardware via the Loaner Equipment - Checkout and Management service.
- Access to CSE Classrooms & Labs spaces, dependent on availability.
- Virtual event management:

What’s Not Included
- Event website creation or management.
- Event registration or ticketing payment management.
- Video editing, publishing, hosting, or distribution.
- Non-IT-related functions including:
- Large furniture moving
- Shipping and mailing of event materials
- Food and beverage coordination
- Advertising
- Graphic design
- Social media
- Project management beyond IT-related support.
