Abstract
The rapid development and adaptation of automation and internet connectivity, recent advances in edge computing and AI have enhanced the feasibility and scalability of advanced smart manufacturing technologies. At Cargill, we have done large scale implementation of some of these AI in Smart Manufacturing applications to augment/ automate decision making across our Plant Operations. The talk will cover Cargill's large scale implementation of AI in smart manufacturing to augment and automate decision making across our plant operations. I will share our journey thus far and our key learnings, as well as some of the challenges and opportunities we face in this domain. I hope to provide some insights and inspiration for the audience, and I look forward to engaging with everyone during the Q&A session.
