The transition from academia to industry represents a profound shift in the professional journey, marked by unique challenges and opportunities. In this session I'll give my personal perspective of key lessons learned navigating this path. I'll describe how paving the path through a postdoc Runway Program has helped me raise venture capital funds, assemble a team, build a product and grow revenue.

It delves into the mindset for success, simple concepts I apply daily and can be used by anyone.
