What's Included

• Separate enrollment process/section for remote students
• During scheduled lecture times:
  • Recording of classroom audio and video
  • On-call classroom technology support
• Publishing of live stream and recordings to enrolled students in Canvas
  • Immediate access for UNITE-enrolled remote students
  • Instructor or TAs can specify a recording delay for on-campus students
  • Upon request, transfer of recordings to instructors at end of semester
• Coordinating exam proctors for UNITE-enrolled remote students
• Canvas site support
• Charges may apply for non-CSE or weekend courses

What's Not Included

• Zoom conferencing in the classroom
• Exam proctors

What You Need to Do

• Faculty: contact your department to schedule your class in a UNITE-enhanced classroom
• Fill out the UNITE Consultation form with your request before the following deadlines:
  • August 1 for Fall
  • December 1 for Spring
  • April 1 for Summer
