Planned Maintenance: January 18, 2026

The University of Minnesota will undergo a temporary, one-day service disruption for all print lab locations. This planned outage is to perform critical system updates and was scheduled during a non-peak period to minimize the impact on students and staff. 

If you have time-sensitive printing needs, please complete them before the maintenance window begins on December 29th. 

All printing services are expected to resume availability on Tuesday, December 30, 2025.

The following services will be affected by this system update:

  • CSE-IT managed  UNIX home directories and project spaces
  • macOS systems maintained by CSE-IT via UMN’s Jamf Pro service
