Description:
- This system is used to characterize materials based on their vibrational properties. Single spot analysis as well as 2D and 3D Raman mapping can be conducted.
- Two laser sources: 532 nm (100 mW), 785 nm (100 mW).
- Three grating options: 600 l/mm, 1200 l/mm, and 1800 l/mm.
- Motorized stage: Motorized XY stage (X = 75mm, Y = 50mm) and motorized Z control. XY specifications: repeatability <= 1 μm; accuracy +/-1μm; resolution (minimum step size) = 50 nm. Z specifications: resolution (minimum step size) = 0.01 μm.
