Goldstein Outstanding Graduate Student Teaching Award
Granted each fall and spring semester, this award was created to recognize departmental teaching assistants (TAs) who exhibited excellence in teaching and made a significant difference in student learning.
Winners Receive:
$3.5K honorarium, certificate, and name added to the winners plaque located in the Student Services Office.
Award Committee:
Directors and Program Managers of both Graduate and Undergraduate Studies in Mechanical Engineering.
Eligibility:
Graduate students employed as a TA in the Mechanical Engineering Department during the semester they were nominated.
Nominating a Candidate:
Students nominate via our departmental TA evaluations for their enrolled courses at the end of each semester. Faculty members, instructors, and fellow TAs must submit their nominations via forms provided. Self-nominations will also be welcome.
