CharFac Seminar: "The D8 Discover Microdiffractometer: A tool to study the structure and morphology of thin-film, bulk, and powder crystals"
In this talk Dr. Javier Garcia-Barriocanal will present a collection of results obtained using the Bruker D8 Discover microdiffractometer. This instrument combines a 2D X-ray detector and a X-ray point source that significantly increases the detection limit of crystalline thin films and particles. We will also highlight the application of RSLab software, an in-house development tool that takes full advantage of large collections of data and allows its representation in the three dimensions of the reciprocal space.
