Provides analysis, development, maintenance, and support of workflows in supported tools.

What’s Included

• Business and Process Analysis for new or existing workflows.
• Identification of tools best suited for workflows, including but not limited to:
  • Google Apps Script
  • Google Forms
  • Jadu Forms
  • Qualtrics
  • Airtable
• Implementation of workflow processes.
• Support and maintenance of workflow solutions, including:
  • Form and case maintenance in Jadu.

What’s Not Included

• Custom tool development, which is available via CSE-IT’s Custom Solutions Development and Custom Solutions Maintenance services.
