Outage Description

At 12:23 p.m., CSE-IT began receiving reports of connection issues with VOLE 2D. Symptoms include timing out when attempting to connect to VOLE. The root cause is known and we are working with OIT to resolve the issue.  The current workaround is to connect to VOLE 3D or connect to a lab machine with FastX.

04/07/2023, 02:20 p.m.- As of 2:09 p.m., connection issues with VOLE 2D have been resolved. If you are still encountering issues with VOLE, please contact CSE-IT.
