Keller Hall Building Power Outage for Electrical Maintenance

Facilities Management will be performing regular preventive maintenance on the electrical systems in Keller Hall that will require a complete power outage to the building. Keller Hall will be without power completely, including lighting, at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, March 7.

At 7:49AM, a power outage was reported on the first floor of Keller Hall, impacting multiple CSE-IT services.

On 01/28/22 at 7:45 AM, CSE-IT discovered that several workstations and servers on the first floor of Keller Hall appeared to have lost power. This includes the data center located on the first floor. Symptoms include: being unable to log into affected systems and the affected systems being unreachable over the network

At 2:00pm on 12/09/21, CSE-IT began receiving reports of connection issues with VOLE 2D . An error message may be displayed stating: "Timeout while waiting for response" when attempting to sign in. Current workaround is to connect to VOLE 3D

On 12/7, CSE-IT noticed and began receiving reports of issues with Adobe Licenses. Symptoms include: Adobe licenses becoming inactive

At 9am on Monday, November 01, 2021, CSE-IT began receiving reports of issues regarding printers in CSE Labs. Users are currently unable to print.

Resolved: Service Outage: Atlas and Apollo

Apollo is working. Atlas is in progress. On February 12, 2021, CSE-IT received reports of issues connecting to the atlas and apollo CSE Labs servers. These servers will be unavailable while we investigate the cause(s) of the issue.
Resolved: Service Outage: VOLE 2D inaccessible

CSE-IT encountered a network issue that prevented a critical configuration change. As a result, VOLE 2D is currently inaccessible. We estimate the VOLE 2D service will be restored by 12 p.m. on Wednesday, February 10.
Resolved: Service Outage: CSE SPA Server down

At 10:30 a.m. on November 30, 2020, CSE-IT became aware that the server in SPA was down. This was caused by a cooling failure of the PAN data center.
