The new round of MnRI Seed Grant funding has been announced. See the recipients for this semester below:

(i) "Robot-aided physical therapy of wrist/hand,"  Dr. Jürgen Konczak, Will Durfee, and Naveen Elangovan

(ii) "Integrating Additive Manufacturing with Traditional Knitting for Spatially Encoded Functional Textiles (SEFTs)," Brad Holschuh and Michael McAlpine

(iii) "A computer Vision Guided Nano-Robot for Automated In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF)," Suhasa Kodandaramaiah and Daryl Gohl 

(iv) "Robotics-Assisted Assembly of Complex Tissue Geometries," Angela Panoskaltsis-Mortari-Mortari and Will Durfee

(v) "Controlling a Robot Manipulator with Language Instructions," Karthik Desingh and Dongyeop Kang

Thank you to everybody who replied to this RFP. A team of 5 experts reviewed each proposal, and the five teams were selected at a January panel.
