It is an honor to receive this award, I have been extremely satisfied with all the opportunities that pursuing an undergrad in AEM at UMN Twin Cities has afforded me. All the hands-on experience I have been able to have from the SmallSat Research Lab has given me more knowledge of systems and spacecraft engineering than any internship I could have hoped for at a freshman and sophomore level. I hope to use this education I am getting right now to build the next generation of spacecrafts to take humans to the Moon, Mars, and beyond at companies like SpaceX, Stoke Space, or Sierra Space.
