Rocket Team Places Second in Solids Category at IREC 2025

The University of Minnesota Rocket Team continued their successful track record at this year's International Rocket Engineering Competition (IREC) by achieving 2nd place in the 30k Student Researched and Developed (SRAD) Solids category. 

The team's rocket, Cosmic Endeavour, successfully reached 31,190 feet at the multi-day competition in Midland, Texas. The SRAD Solids category sees students develop and manufacture their own solid rocket propellant and motors.
