DSU Code of Conduct
Code of Conduct
As organizers of DSU series, we are committed to making these conferences productive and enjoyable for everyone. We strive to create a diverse environment where all attendees feel welcome and are treated with respect and dignity regardless of their gender, origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, age, career status, family situation etc. We are dedicated to providing an environment free from discrimination, bullying, harassment or victimisation, and to creating a culture of diversity where all are valued for their contribution and individuality. We expect all conference attendees to be kind to others and treat each other with respect. Please be reminded that harassment and sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes are not appropriate.
We encourage attendees of any of our meetings wishing to report any sort of inappropriate behaviour or harassment to contact the conference organization or contact the chair of the meeting or Keith Olive at [email protected] (as chair of the DSU steering committee).
Any issues raised will be treated strictly confidentially.
