HELP! UNITE Streaming Video Does Not Play
"I get a blank box or nothing at all where the video should be playing. What should I do?"
Solution:
This happens if your browser does not support H.264 streaming video. We strongly recommend modern browsers that support HTML5 video:

- Mozilla Firefox 34+
- Safari 6+
