Former SAFL Director named as interim provost of Stony Brook University

Fotis Sotiropoulos, Dean of the College Engineering and Applied Sciences (CEAS) and SUNY Distinguished Professor of Civil Engineering, has been named Interim Provost of Stony Brook University until the national search for a provost is successfully completed. Dr. Sotiropoulos was director of the St. Anthony Falls Laboratory from 2006-2015. Read more of the story.
