Plankton Stratification Tower

About

The plankton stratification tower is a plexiglass tank with two experimental chambers with removable walls, isolating them from the rest of the tank. A peristaltic pump controls temperature stratification and water recirculation, and an oscillating grid generates turbulence. A full-spectrum of fluorescent lights is located at the top of the tower and chilling coils are located at the bottom of the tower.
