Digital VLSI circuits and systems
Sobelman Research Group Site
My research activities are primarily in the area of digital VLSI design, with applications in communications and signal processing. I am interested in digital baseband architectures and FPGA implementations for a wide range of wireless systems, including OFDM, MIMO, UWB, Cognitive Radio and Software Defined Radio. I am also working on design techniques for high-speed and low-power wired communications platforms, including Network-On-Chip architectures and multilevel signaling techniques.
