River rising into the lab

Due to the increased water flow of the Mississippi river we will be shutting down the laboratory supply channel this afternoon at 2:00 PM to prevent it from overtopping.  We will keep it down for the weekend and try to fill and monitor its depth during working hours next week.
FYI-We are currently at 37,160 CFS and have 12" of water in the basement (turbine level). The US Weather Service predicts we will crest at about 48,000CFS on Tuesday of next week.
