Kimberly Berneck, CEO at BTM Global.

As COO (and named CEO successor), Kimberly oversees BTM Global’s core practice areas in the U.S. that include Oracle Retail and NetSuite. She ensures all aspects of client management, project delivery, and sales are of the highest standards, ultimately accelerating clients’ goals and success. Kimberly believes that transparency and consistent results build long-lasting professional relationships, and she emphasizes this to her teams. She has nearly two decades of experience delivering large-scale software projects in the eCommerce, financial services, mortgage banking, retail and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining BTM Global, she was the senior director of retail development at Oracle Retail. She has held positions at ShopNBC, Retek Inc. (now Oracle Retail), Plural (now Dell) Consulting and Accenture. Kimberly has a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Minnesota.
