Jyotsna Bhardwaj is a cybersecurity leader and educator with over 18 years of global experience in developing and managing comprehensive information security programs across multiple industries, including healthcare, finance, media, and automotive sectors.
She currently serves as the Director of Architecture and Engineering (A&E) at Boston Scientific, where she leads the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of the company’s Cybersecurity Architecture and Engineering and Identity and Access Management functions.
In this capacity, Ms. Bhardwaj establishes the overarching vision and strategy for cybersecurity architecture and governance—ensuring the protection of critical information assets while enabling innovation, operational excellence, and business agility. Her work spans several domains, including enterprise security strategy, identity management, application and cloud security, endpoint protection, and network security architecture.
Prior to her current role, Jyotsna served as a Technology Consultant in the Cybersecurity Practice at Ernst & Young LLP (EY), where she advised Fortune 500 organizations on maturing their cybersecurity postures, aligning security frameworks with business priorities, and managing enterprise-wide risk.
A CISSP and CCSP certified professional, Jyotsna is recognized for her strategic vision, cross- functional leadership, and ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
