Hubel to Step Down as TLI Director

After serving as Director of the Technological Leadership Institute (TLI) for more than five years, Allison Hubel will voluntarily step down from the role at the end of the 2026 calendar year. Hubel, the first woman to serve as director in TLI’s history, was first appointed to the position in 2021 for a three-year term and later extended her tenure by an additional two years.

“It has been my honor to serve TLI as its director,” Hubel said. “Much has been accomplished in the last five years, and I leave TLI in wonderful shape programmatically and financially. I have every confidence that this organization will continue to do great things.” 

Dean Andrew Alleyne will be selecting an interim director for TLI while a search committee spends the majority of 2027 choosing a permanent successor. More information on the interim director appointment, as well as Hubel’s future plans, will be released in the coming months.
