The recipients of the award are chosen by an Evaluation Committee formed by COGS, and are based on nominations from undergraduate students.

This award asks undergraduate students to self-assess their UMN Student Learning and Development Outcomes and discuss how the TA helped them achieve those outcomes. Learn more about UMN Student Learning and Development Outcomes and their effect on the undergraduate experience here.
