New reduced tuition fee for data science programs

Effective fall 2021, students in the Master's of Science in Data Science and Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Data Science programs pay a new reduced tuition fee per credit.

Students are welcome to register for in-person classes and/or come to campus for class, meetings, events and gatherings with the campus community, or register for remote courses when offered. Remote options are offered through UNITE, which provide a number of services to remote learners.

This makes the University of Minnesota data science programs a great option for those who are currently working in the field in the Twin Cities metro area and may not be able to regularly visit campus.
