Emily Benner is Vice President of Research & Development at Boston Scientific (formerly Preventice Solutions) leading an organization developing near real time remote cardiac diagnostic monitoring solutions. The solutions include patch-based cardiac monitoring devices, a cloud-based software platform, mobile device software and deep learning algorithms.
Prior to Preventice, Emily worked for IBM for over 20 years, developing and leading software development for IBM’s large business systems.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Dakota, a Masters in Computer Engineering from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
