Rita is a practice leader for a boutique consulting firm located in Minneapolis, MN that provides strategy execution consulting services to leaders across industries. She specializes in helping technology and business leaders develop, plan, and execute strategy through setting up Program and Project Management Offices and taking a portfolio-based approach. Rita started her career as a PLACE Corps fellow through Loyola Marymount University where she taught high school mathematics in Los Angeles, CA. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Master of Science in Technology Entrepreneurship from the University of Notre Dame. She also holds a Master of Arts degree in Secondary Education from Loyola Marymount University.
Rita joined the teaching staff at TLI in 2024 where she teaches a course on Portfolio, Program, and Project Management that aims to help technology leaders more effectively manage their portfolio of project-based work.
