Hanany Receives Collegiate Service Award

Professor Shaul Hanany of the Minnesota Institute for Astrophysics has received the 2022 College of Science and Engineering George W. Taylor Award for Distinguished Service.
Established in 1982, the Taylor Award for Distinguished Service recognizes outstanding service to the University and voluntary public service to governmental or other public groups. Professor Hanany was cited for his work with the Physics Force and for his development of the Physics Careers Program. Collegiate award recipients are honored during commencement and commemorated on the Scholar's Walk.
