Martel A. Threadgill is an experienced, people-centered sales leader with more than 20 years of driving growth, developing high-performing teams, and strengthening organizational culture within Sherwin-Williams’ commercial and industrial divisions. Known for turning complex challenges into opportunities, he has expanded territories, built strong customer relationships, and opened more than 120 new accounts annually. A former President’s Club award recipient, Threadgill is also committed to mentoring emerging leaders. He currently serves as Co- Chair of the Sherwin-Williams African American Network and remains active in youth sports mentorship in his community.
