Chemistry Special Projects Fund

This fund supports graduate fellowships, start-up costs of new faculty, and other major expenses in the Department of Chemistry.

Jeannette Brown Lectureship in Chemistry

This fund provides support for visiting lecturers in the Department of Chemistry whose background and experiences help to promote diversity and inclusion while highlighting and celebrating the broad fields of research within the chemistry discipline. This may include an honorarium for the speaker.

Wayland E. Noland Fellowship in Organic Chemistry

This fund provides an annual fellowship to graduate students of academic merit in the Department of Chemistry.

Paul G. and Gerda Ann Gassman Chemistry Graduate Student Travel Fund

This fund will provide awards to full-time graduate students in the Department of Chemistry. Recipients will be involved in research projects in the field of organic chemistry, in good academic standing in the program, with exceptional potential in their field. This award shall be used to cover the costs of the student recipient attending and presenting their research findings at a national conference.
