CEGE Faculty Salary Effort Policy
Effort Certification: Any time an employee is paid on sponsored projects, they have to certify that the effort they charged on the projects are correct twice a year. That is what UMN calls effort certification. We have a system called ECRT where we certify everyone's effort who was paid on sponsored projects during a set time period.
