ESCI Career Fair - Info for Employers

Career Fair details

• Tuesday, October 8, 2024
• 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• John T. Tate Hall Atrium

Registration:

• 2024 ESCI Career Fair online form, which includes payment for the registration fee.
• The official deadline for registration is September 30, but the registration site will stay active until Oct. 14 for late and last minute registrants.  
• Cancellations received IN WRITING, prior to the cancellation deadline two weeks before the fair will receive a full refund.  No refunds will be issued after the deadline date. If a registration has been made and the organization is a "no-show", registration will not be refunded or credited toward any future Career Fair.
• Lars Hansen will contact registrants if public health conditions evolve to require a virtual event rather than an in-person event.
• The $350 per registration includes a booth space and table & chairs, two parking passes, lunch for two representatives, inclusion in our company guide, and listing on our website.
