2025-26 Instructional Recruiting

The Department of Computer Science & Engineering in the College of Science and Engineering at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities is seeking candidates for an assistant teaching professor position. The focus of the search is on outstanding candidates with teaching expertise in the following areas - software development and engineering; and user interface design and human-computer interaction. The target date for applications is November 1, 2025. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. 

Teaching Assistant Professor - Must have (i) a PhD in computer science or a closely related field, (ii) at least two years of teaching and course design experience, and (iii) documentation of very high quality teaching. The duties for this position are to teach five courses per year, design courses as needed, and engage in departmental service and outreach.
