Communications and CSE-IT forms

• Poster printing request form - Submit a poster printing request to CSE-IT.
• Submit your news & story ideas - Share your special projects, research news, and story ideas for inclusion in departmental communications.
• Website content change request form - Use this form to request any changes or updates to the CS&E website.

Space and access forms

• CS&E access request form - Use for all key, U-Card swipe, and after-hours access for the Department of Computer Science & Engineering.
• CS&E graduate student lounge (Keller 2-212) access request form - Currently enrolled Computer Science and Data Science graduate students can use this form to request or update swipe card access to the grad lounge.
• Keller 4-201 lactation space code request - Submit this form to receive the code to access the dedicated lactation space in Keller Hall.
