The Department of Computer Science & Engineering has a large faculty cohort that provide leadership and expertise to our graduate students. Our faculty members are highly productive educators, researchers, and international leaders in their respective fields. 

While studying in CS&E, you will have access to state-of-the-art research facilities that provide you with the tools and resources needed to produce innovative technologies. We have teams working on everything from underwater robotics to interactive visualizations to the latest breakthroughs in big data and cloud computing. After working on their cutting-edge research projects here in Minnesota, our graduates often go on to continue their career at top-level universities and companies.
