Professor Isler featured in UMN Plant Breeding Seminar series

CS&E professor Volkan Isler was the featured speaker at the University of Minnesota Plant Breeding seminar for the month of April. In the talk, he discusses how plant breeding and agriculture is an interesting research domain for robotics, and shares specific examples of relevant work from his lab (the Robotic Sensor Networks Lab).

Professor Isler's talk is part of the Pushing the Boundaries of Plant Improvement seminar series, which proactively explores allied fields that can lead to new tools, technologies, resources, and approaches for plant improvement. This seminar series is generously sponsored by Jim Luby and Emily Hoover in honor of Second Harvest Heartland, the Upper Midwest's largest hunger-relief organization.
